What can we offer Family and Children Professionals or Child Centred Educators?

Professionals providing support to families may face a number of challenges in their work. These challenges may include limited expertise in related fields, an overly demanding schedule that leaves little time for research or further education, and difficulties in delivering satisfactory outcomes to clients. As a result, some professionals may have to turn clients away or refer them to others for assistance.

The SleepTalk® Process presents an alternative approach to supporting families. Despite its simplicity, some professionals may initially be skeptical of its efficacy. However, they often come to appreciate its benefits once they have seen the positive results it can bring to their families. Additionally, a lack of familiarity with best business practices may pose challenges for professionals in establishing and running a successful practice.

Enhanced Learning Retention:

The extended format of weekly sessions allows for better knowledge retention and application. With shorter, focused sessions, one has more time to absorb the course material and reflect on the concepts discussed enabling deeper understanding and integration of the SleepTalk® Protocol

Participants ensure that the retention and application of the process are effective. By revisiting the material over multiple weeks, individuals have the opportunity to gain ongoing feedback, reinforce understanding, ask questions, and seek clarification, leading to more comprehensive mastery of the course content.

Flexible Schedule and Convenience:

The shift to weekly modular sessions of 1.5 hours each provides greater flexibility and convenience for participants. This format accommodates busy personal and professional schedules, allowing individuals to allocate time for the course without significant disruptions.

The shorter duration of each session also ensures that participants can maintain focus and engagement throughout, optimising their learning experience.

Incremental Skill Development:

The weekly format facilitates incremental skill development, enabling participants to build their expertise gradually. Each weekly session builds upon the previous one, introducing new concepts and techniques while reinforcing previously covered material.

This progressive approach allows for a step-by-step immersion into the SleepTalk® Protocol, ensuring a solid foundation and preventing information overload. Participants can practice and apply the acquired skills between sessions, integrating learning into their professional practice or personal lives.

“Face-to-Face Training”, presentations and workshops to organisations is available on demand.
